CPT12 to Premiere “David Arkenstone’s Symphonic Adventure”
With Live In-Studio Guest David Arkenstone
Denver (February 5, 2014) – Colorado Public Television (CPT12, channel 12, PBS) will premiere David Arkenstone’s Symphonic Adventure – the concert-turned-television spectacular sprung from the imagination and talent of Grammy-nominated musician David Arkenstone and award-winning producer Victoria Paige Meyerink – on Thursday, February 13, 2104 at 7:00 pm (MST). Mr. Arkenstone will join Shari Bernson live in the CPT12 studio as part of the multi-media presentation.
The program is a dazzling and innovative concert event celebrating Arkenstone’s 25th year in the music industry, and is a cutting-edge blend of spectacle and music that features the incredible acrobatics of Cirque De La Symphonie and their interpretations of David’s epic music. A full symphony orchestra, dancers, Celtic dancers, choir and guest artists including electrifying violinist Karen Briggs (Yanni), piper Eric Rigler (Titanic, Braveheart) and enchanting vocalist Charlee Brooks who join Arkenstone for a magical and inspiring performance for all ages. The show features songs from David’s newest album, Lovéren, along with Grammy-nominated tunes and some of his orchestral favorites. David Arkenstone’s Symphonic Adventure marks the television debut of world-renowned Cirque de la Symphonie, and also features the debut of the Laser Harp concept as enhanced by SpaceHarp, a most unusual “instrument.”
